All gift will be delivered to the gift recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-delivery the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Failed Delivery – If an attempted delivery fails, (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability) we reserve the rights to charge additional cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled. If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

Any cancellation of orders after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirmed order.

Products may vary in species and colour according to seasons. We reserve the right to make substitution of flowers/ colours/any material used with product in same or higher value should the display product is not available.

Orders received after 8pm can only be arranged for delivery in the afternoon of the following day.
